Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Sentiscale iOS app and widget (the "App"), operated by Vesper AI, c/o ExpertFid & Audit SA, Strehlgasse 2, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland (the "Operator"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App

Sentiscale presents a 0–100 "fear and greed" sentiment gauge for the US market, a plain-language daily explanation, and related context. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement.

Not financial advice

Sentiscale is an informational sentiment gauge. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Market and historical information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Any decision you make is your own, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

Sentiscale Pro (subscriptions)

• Pro unlocks additional features, such as the daily "why" and the backtested contrarian signal. The gauge, history, and widgets remain free.
• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered as monthly or yearly plans. A free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and change over time.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or redistribute the data feeds the App relies on.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (other than third-party market data) are owned by the Operator and protected by law. Market data belongs to its respective providers.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
